Nos138 is one of the most recognised and trusted online betting platforms in Malaysia. From Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players have made nos138 their go-to digital entertainment hub — and we remain committed to honouring that trust, every single day.
Nos138 was founded on a single conviction: that Malaysian players deserve a safe, fair, and genuinely enjoyable online betting experience — without having to worry about the integrity of the platform or the security of their funds.
Since our first day of operations in 2018, nos138's mission has never changed: to deliver a betting platform that combines the latest technology, an extensive game library, and truly responsive customer support in Bahasa Melayu.
"nos138 is more than just a betting platform — we are a community of Malaysian players who share a passion for quality entertainment."
— The nos138 TeamTo become Malaysia's number one online betting platform — trusted by over one million players by 2027, with the highest standards of security and entertainment.
To deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience to every Malaysian player — backed by local support that truly understands our needs and culture.
Six key reasons that set nos138 apart from other platforms
Every major platform starts with a single first step. nos138 began in 2018 with a small team and one big goal — to build a betting platform truly made for Malaysian players. Here is our journey from day one to today.
"I've been playing live baccarat on nos138 for over a year now. What I love most is the withdrawal speed — TNG transfers done in 10 minutes. No other platform comes close when it comes to payout speed."
"I use nos138 for Malaysia Super League football betting. Competitive odds, an easy-to-use interface, and customer support in Bahasa Melayu — everything I've been looking for."
"Only been with nos138 for 3 months but it already feels like home. Friendly live casino dealers, crystal-clear streaming, and weekly cashback promotions that genuinely make a difference. Highly recommended for Malaysian players."
The principles that guide every decision we make for Malaysian players
One thing we're especially proud of at nos138 is the strong bond we've built with the Malaysian player community. We're not just a service provider — we genuinely listen to feedback from our players and use it to continuously improve the experience over time.
When nos138 players in Sabah told us they wanted more games playable at lower stakes, we listened and acted. When players from Selangor asked for better Bahasa Melayu customer support, we listened and improved. This is what sets nos138 apart from other platforms — we grow together with our community, not apart from it.
The nos138 community spans players from all walks of Malaysian life — from casual players who spin the slots on weekends, to serious casino regulars who sit at the VIP Baccarat table several times a week. We respect every playstyle and ensure every player gets an experience worth their time and money.
Nos138 supports all major Malaysian payment methods for the complete convenience of local players:
When people ask us what sets nos138 apart from the dozens of other betting platforms in the Malaysian market, our answer is always the same: nos138 was built by people who understand Malaysia, for Malaysians.
This is not just a slogan — it shows in every aspect of our platform. Among other things, nos138 was one of the first platforms to offer fully native Bahasa Melayu customer support: not awkward machine translations, but real support agents who can genuinely converse and resolve issues in the language Malaysian players use every day.
Nos138 understands the financial realities of Malaysian players. That's why we keep our minimum deposit as low as RM10, and support payment methods that Malaysians use every day — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay and FPX. No international credit card or special account needed to play at nos138.
At nos138, we take our role in responsible gambling seriously. It goes well beyond putting up an "18+" label and calling it done — nos138 provides daily and monthly deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off options, and full self-exclusion if needed. We train our support agents to recognise signs of problem gambling and refer players to the appropriate help resources.
Ultimately, nos138 aspires to be remembered as a platform that is not only entertaining, but also responsible and trustworthy. The trust placed in us by over 200,000 Malaysian players is something we take to heart — and we pledge to keep striving to be better, each and every day.
